Letting go of the part

Identified with the part, we miss the whole.

I and I are two words that represent the perception of a mind that has divided everything because it cannot comprehend unity. The experience of being disconnected from the unified whole gives us the feeling of being separated from the source. Becoming a part of existence opens up the possibility of constructing an identity that does not include the totality of creation. The play on words between the part and the whole offers a profound comprehension of the problems of exclusion, rejection, and segregation that we human beings suffer because we have forgotten where we come from and where we are going.
