Frequently Asked Questions

In this version 1.0 you can view Triangular only from any Internet-connected device that includes the TRIANGULAR application. Triangular-ready devices include media players, Smart TVs, game consoles, smartphones, tablets, desktops and laptops. We will soon launch Triangular version 2.0, from where you will be able to watch all our content off-line.
If the bank or financial entity rejected the collection: Check that your payment details (such as zip code, security code and due date) are correct. If not, log in to your Account and select Manage payment information, if everything is correct, you can retry the payment. If you are still having problems, make sure your payment method is compatible with e-commerce transactions.
Log in to your Account and select Billing Data to view your Triangular plan and billing history. You can compare plans and prices and switch plans at any time.
You can change your plan at any time by following these steps: Log in to your Triangular account Under Plan Information, select Change Plan (If you do not see the Change Plan option, please contact us).

NOTE:

If your account is under suspension of use, no plan changes can be made until the suspension has been resolved. Choose the plan you want and select Continue or Upgrade. Select Confirm Change or Confirm. The change to a higher plan takes effect immediately so you can enjoy all the additional features. Since Triangular is a prepaid service, your billing date will change based on the remaining balance of your last payment. The upgrade to a lower plan with a lower price is effective on your next billing date. You will be able to continue using everything the higher plan offers until your next billing date. For example, you can switch from Basic to Standard and then from Standard to Premium in the same month.
